At ShopTipso, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in its original packaging.

You must provide your order number or proof of purchase.
Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without their original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review your request and arrange a replacement or full refund if the issue is confirmed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Shipping charges paid during checkout are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must instead follow our return process.
