Shipping Costs

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, where available.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, your order may be delayed, returned, or cancelled. Additional shipping charges may apply if the package needs to be re-shipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first.
If you still need assistance, contact ShopTipso and we will do our best to help investigate the issue. However, ShopTipso is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

We will review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.
